Kids Calm Chewable

Kids’ Calm Chewable contains a synergistic blend of ingredients having shown promise in contributing to relaxation and calmness without drowsiness. L-theanine is an amino acid found primarily in green tea and shown in various studies to help increase alpha brain waves, improve mood and cognition, promote an alert calmness and reduce physiological stress responses.1-4 Magnesium is another important ingredient in the Kids’ Calm Chewable formula. Magnesium helps to encourage relaxation and regulate mood as well as stress-response systems. And magnesium deficiency is associated with heightened stress, depression and anxiety.5-6 Magnesium also helps to increase gamma aminobutyric acid (GABA) levels. Increased GABA levels are associated with level moods and increased relaxation and focus.7-8 This formula also contains 10 mg of the patented form of GABA, PharmaGABA®, to further increase any therapeutic potential.

As a dietary supplement, children ages 4 and up take 1 tablet daily, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
